Manufactured to the highest quality standards in the industry, all Model 8000 commercial garage doors come with proven tongue and groove section joints, and are designed with an energy efficient thermal break.
Bestar Model 8000 ThermoLock Series commercial garage doors are an ideal choice for applications that demand the highest levels of thermal efficiency, air infiltration and wind load resistance.
Bestar Commercial Overhead Doors are available in sizes ranging from 8' wide to 40' 2″ wide and 8' high to 24' 4″ high.
ThermoLock Model 8000 is the strongest and most thermally efficient door in the Bestar product line-up. Premium 2" or 3" thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation provides one of the most thermally efficient doors in the industry. It is designed to withstand tough weather conditions and is the preferred choice for large openings where thermal performance and durability are essential.

(2) Section Heights: Monolithic plank sections, 18", 21" or 24" high.
(3) Exterior Skin: 26 gauge commercial quality woodgrain textured steel with micro-grooves. Available in white and Charcoal Color.
(4) Interior Skin: 26 gauge commercial quality woodgrain textured steel with micro-grooves. Available in white color.
(5) Panel Profile: Four evenly spaced micro-grooves per section.
(6) Joint Design: Tongue and groove rails with full thermal break.
(7) Insulation: 2" thick CFC free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. R-Value 17.10.
(8) Reinforcement Plates: 20 gauge galvanized steel, 2" height, full length horizontal continuous steel plates in section for hinge mounting.
(9) End Caps: 20 gauge galvanized steel, full height of section.
ThermoLock Technology - Engineered for High Thermal Efficiency
The ThermoLock product line's unique manufacturing process provides a CFC-free, fully encapsulated, foamed-in place panel which maintains higher R-value performance all year round. Thermal breaks between internal and external skins, PVC thermal break and joint seal minimize air infiltration and provide one of the highest thermal efficiency ratings in the industry for specified applications.
